We held a poorly attended AGM art Madelvic House on Thursday at which all board members were re-elected and we were delighted to see Ronnie Swain elected as a new member and Angelo Deponio co-opted to the board.
In January we will be spending a day in consultation about the future of the company. Details of which can be found in the Annual Review (link below) which spells out the many challenges currently facing the company.
We are indebted to Roy, David and Iain at Emperor for their considerable skill and effort in pulling this together for us, yet again.
Members and a good representation of stakeholders will be invited to attend. It is not an open meeting.
